What to expect:

After a thorough intake and examination, the practitioner will strategically place sterile, single-use fine needles; restoring harmony and alleviating physical and emotional dysfunctions. (For a needle-free option, check out our TCM Bodywork treatment.)

Most people feel minimal to no discomfort. During the 20-40 minutes of rest with the needles in, many will feel a deep sense of euphoria and relaxation, or what we like to call “acu-stoned”. AKA best nap ever!

Following your session, your acupuncturist will review your treatment plan with you, providing a clear understanding of the approach and your progress. They may also offer customized guidance on frequency of treatments, supplements, nutrition, and other wellness practices to support your ongoing progress.
